Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services.

• Tracked 24: estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Tracked 48: estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control. In line with Royal Mail guidelines, please allow up to 10 working days from the expected delivery date before reporting a missing item.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges shown at checkout include packaging and handling costs.

Depending on order size, a Signed For service may be used.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• Re-delivery will require an additional postage fee
• Alternatively, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only (excluding original shipping cost)

Gift Orders

If your order is a gift, please leave a note at checkout.
Otherwise, orders will include an invoice with pricing and purchaser details.
